Hi,
Thank you so much for the link to that RR recipe for the Greek Chicken Salad! Yum-O! I saved it to my Food Network recipe box.
Do you have a recipe for the chicken tortellini salad? That sounds incredible too!

Your menu sounds so delish!
Thanks for letting me know it was Library Lover's month. Well, that would be me! :v)
Chicken Tortellini Salad! Yum! Your menu looks great!
Rona,
Thanks so much for visiting my blog! I posted an answer to your chili question, but I thought I'd respond here, too, in case you don't get a chance to check back.
I use green and/or red peppers, depending on what I have around the kitchen.
I hope you'll visit again soon. :)
P.S.- Your menu looks delicious!
Blessings,
Mrs. C
I just might have to try Friday's meal...sounds really yummy!!!

Mmm. Meatloaf. I need to add that to my rotation. Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog!
I love anything Greek....I'm a sucker for their food.
Hmmm - your menu looks delicious, esp those sassy southwest pork chops.
I'm on weigh less so we eat lots of veggies every day!
Looks good! I have some fake chicken strips that I THINK would work with that chicken salad recipe to make it vegetarian!
Congrats on your first MPM!! Your week looks great! I will keep checking in with you, maybe you will inspire me to eat a little better ;p
I'll get healthy next week! This week is'convenient' lol
Tell me about Library Lovers Month....
Welcome to MPM Rona! I worked in a library for 10 years so thanks for the happy LLM. I'll have to send an ecard to all my former co-workers.
Great menu. Sounds delicious.
I adore rosemary roasted potatoes. Another good place to add rosemary is in scrambled eggs. I actually do egg whites, rosemary and a tablespoon of cream cheese, low fat for the hubby, hmm hmm good!
Your menu sounds soooo good! Thanks for posting your comments...have a great week!!
Sounds yummy!!!
Thanks for sharing!
Hi Rona....you gotta share the turkey soup recipe!!!....sounds sooo good!
Those meals don't scream "special diet" to me!! They look fabulous!
Yum looks tasty, congrats on your 1st MPM. Thanks for the comment on my blog.
What a great menu--do you always cook like that? I usually cook 4 times a week. We eat at church on Wed., eat out on Sunday, and eat left-overs once! I ended up making spaghetti pie instead of plain spaghetti--mucho yummo! Thanks for stopping by!
